    We ship to all Haudenosaunee and Native Territories located throughout Turtle Island

    Canada

    We ship to all Canadian Provinces and Territories. We use the United Parcel Service to ship to Canada as we historically have had good delivery times with this service.

  • US Flas

    United States

    We ship to all States, including Hawaii and Alaska using the United State Postal Service. Depending on the shipment, we use UPS to make the delivery instead (especially for large or extra heavy items).

About Shipping

All orders are shipped via the United States Post Office (USPS), with the exception of large or Wholesale Orders, which are shipped via UPS. Items are shipped as soon as they are ready and will typically go out within 2-3 weeks of your order. In-stock items ship even sooner.

NOTE: During the holiday rush (December), we do our best to get all orders shipped by the Shipping Deadline, which varies by year. Orders placed AFTER the shipping deadline will still be processed and *may* arrive by December 25, but we do not guarantee it. Also, orders shipped to Canada are subject to Canada Post shipping schedules. We suggest you get your orders in sooner rather than later.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. Updates to your order will also arrive via email. A tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your product ships. 

Please Note: If you require an item by a certain date, please contact us to see if we can get your order there on time. However, please note that in all cases, once an item is turned over to our shippers, we have no control over the shipping times. Our shippers sometimes experience delays even when special shipping circumstances are made.
