Whether your order contains only downloadable items of if you have a mixed order containing both physical and downloadable items from Tuscarora WoodWorks, you will receive the download link immediately after payment is completed,  independent of the physical item's shipping status. 

Key Details on Timing and Delivery:

• Order Confirmation Page: Immediately following checkout, the download link is available directly on the order confirmation screen.

• Order Confirmation Email: The customer automatically receives an email confirmation that includes a secure link to download the digital file.

• Fulfillment Separation: While the download is fulfilled automatically at purchase, the physical item will only trigger a shipping/fulfillment email when we mark it as fulfilled.

• Link Expiration: The download link sent to you expires 24 hours after the first download or 24 hours after purchase. However, if you clicks an expired link, we automatically send you a new, active link to your email.
