If an item does not meet or exceed your expectations, please let us know as soon as it arrives. We will do everything we can to make it right, including providing you with a full refund. In most cases, you will be required to ship the item back to us and pay for the shipping. Refunds will be given if your order arrives damaged or otherwise unusable.
Please inspect your in-store purchases prior to purchase.
Any wearable item (i.e., earrings, hair accessories, etc....) are not returnable or refundable unless there is a defect in workmanship. If that case, if a suitable replacement exists, you may be entitled to in-store credit once the item is returned.
If your order does not arrive after we ship it, we will investigate the problem with the shipper and work with you to rectify the problem.
NOTE: Custom-Engraved items cannot be refunded. However, if we made a mistake in spelling or other engraving, we will be happy to replace your item free-of-charge.
