Description
Perfect for Longhouse! Heavy gauge steel cake pans feature a non-stick white ceramic coating with detachable lid. Ceramic-coated pans are safer & greener than Teflon because they resist flaking and don't release toxic fumes when heated. They are also FDA Approved. These are safe to cook with in the oven.
This design was made for my paternal Grandmother Marlene who comes from a matrilineal line of Mohawk bear clan women. Her mother Ellen was fluent in Tuscarora. Ellen's mom Sarah was a midwife and fluent in all 6 Haudenosaunee languages.
